You’ll get access to our client portal, where you can access all your documents, change your details, pay premiums and make any requests as you see fit.

A huge part of making a successful claim is the initial presentation to your insurer. It is a flashpoint, where things can go wrong. Our experience in the sector is incredibly valuable here. Our claims team understands what insurers look for in the initial claim presentation, and they understand the key mistakes to avoid to give your claim the best possible chance of prompt payment.

If a claimant brings a claim against you, meanwhile, our specialists will diligently study the evidence, and work alongside your insurer to build the most thorough case we can on your behalf.
