As well as leading our Small Business Solutions team and Consumer Healthcare teams, Richard has been integral in setting up our distribution channels, leading our business partnership relations for the last 20 years. When not working, Richard loves spending time with his family and has a real passion for cricket, having played in the Bradford Premier League for the past 35 years.

Craig is manager of the Small Business Solutions team who specialises in working with small businesses creating tailored health, wellbeing and risk protection benefits for his clients. With nearly 25 years’ experience in the employee benefits industry, Craig brings a wealth of experience and knowledge to the team. When he’s not working, Craig can be found spending time with his young family or out cycling and taking in the scenery of the nearby Yorkshire Dales. In addition, Craig is a keen football fan and continues to follow his boyhood club, Bradford City.
