Director of SME
Mark has 20 years’ experience in the employee benefits market. He and his Division specialises in helping his clients attract and retain the right employees and he strives to bringing a client’s employment strategy to life. He ensures that employers offers a benefit programme that meets the needs of the employer and its employees.
Director of Commercial
Richard is an experienced senior executive with over 20 years’ experience in both the insurance and health services sectors. As well as leading our Micro-SME multi-disciplined and Consumer Healthcare teams, Richard has been integral in setting up our distribution channels, leading our business partnership relations for the last 15 years.
Chris has worked in the employee benefits industry for 10 years, predominantly specialising in Group Protection benefits. As Managing Consultant at Howden Employee Benefits & Wellbeing, he leads the SME Risk team and is passionate about designing, building and implementing employee benefit strategies that meets his clients’ needs.
