IOSH Managing Safely Training

Ready to make a difference

Encouraging safety in the workplace

The Institution of Occupational Safety and Health (IOSH) Managing Safely training is a market-leading health and safety course. It’s aimed at line managers to encourage safety in the workplace.

On completion of the course, delegates will undertake a written assessment on the last day and complete a practical assessment within 14 days. The training can be delivered in-company, within a face-to-face classroom, or online through e-learning modules.

Why have it?

This training aims to help improve the safety awareness culture within businesses. By educating and upskilling line managers, staff are in safer hands and the knowledge can be passed down to benefit everyone.

Our training deviates slightly from recognised course content to provide more of a link between health and safety and insurance. It incorporates additional content to highlight any pre-agreed or identified key causes of accidents and insurance claims, and introduces the concept of claims defensibility.

Who’s it for?

These modules are designed for managers, supervisors and team leaders. They’re also intended for roles required to manage health and safety effectively, in compliance with current health and safety legislation and industry best practice.
