Rambling Groups

Cover for your group activities

Cover is available from The Ramblers for the individual members or Groups who undertake activities on behalf of or volunteer for The Ramblers, details can be found on the Ramblers volunteer website.  Groups and members volunteering may benefit from The Ramblers Association insurances as long as they are:

• Official Ramblers activities organised by a group or area committee
• Led or organised by a Ramblers member and/or a volunteer registered by Ramblers staff
• Publicised as a Ramblers activity, in advance in at least one of the Group Walks Finder, a printed programme or the Group/Area website

Affiliated clubs are not covered by the Ramblers liability insurance but can purchase similar insurance from Howden. 

Ramblers cannot advise on insurance matters for affiliated or independent clubs or organisations.
