Howden is launching new ‘Howden Loss Assist’ offering

In a strategic move to enhance customer experience and streamline claims management, Howden’s Corporate & Commercial Division has joined forces with Lorega and Qlaims. We are launching a new solution called Howden Loss Assist which aims to give our clients the right level of help and service when dealing with claims. Lorega will be supporting our Corporate Clients and Qlaims will be supporting our Commercial Clients.  Traditional claims handling can be cumbersome, time-consuming, and frustrating for clients. We recognised the need for a more efficient and customer-friendly solution, and Howden Loss Assist aims to bridge this gap.

The specialists

Lorega is an award-winning loss recovery insurance Managing General Agent (MGA) and assistance specialist. They are an independent company that has been going strong for 35 years with an established network of qualified loss adjusters Lorega has developed a range of products designed to provide expert advice to clients in preparing, negotiating, and settling their claims.

Founded in 2017, Qlaims’ vision is to create a better claims customer experience for clients, reducing the overall process timeline, its inherent costs and pain points. Through its insurance product, complementary services and ever-growing network of skilled loss adjusters, it provides loss assistance to businesses.

Both providers’ loss adjusters work to interpret the complexities in policy wordings to ensure that clients have the best possible outcome on their claims.

Clients will have access to Lorega or Qlaims loss adjusters, who will handle claims on their behalf. No more navigating complex paperwork or negotiating settlements alone. The collaboration with two providers allows us to leverage Qlaims’ technology and Lorega’s hands-on approach to help provide the best claims journey for our clients. Howden Loss Assist takes the hassle out of quantifying losses and allows clients to focus on recovery.
