Meet Our People
Howden is an insurance brokerage, but we're not all insurance brokers. In the UK there are over 650 people working in areas as diverse as Marketing, Digital Transformation, Claims, Business Development, Finance - and, of course, placing specialist risk. Together, we have built Howden into the largest independent broker headquartered outside the US. Our people make us what we are, and in return, we try to help them be the best they can be.
We have a significant opportunity to make a positive impact, both through the good that insurance can do and by being an active part of the communities in which we live and work.
