Products and services

A snapshot of the insurance products and advisory services we offer data centre clients.

It's never too early to think about risk

Rather than treating insurance as a late-stage transaction, we engage early to support sponsors and investors with due diligence before cover is placed, and throughout the asset life cycle.

Our combined expertise and bespoke programme design will help you:

  • De-risk project financing and boost bankability
  • Safeguard the construction and operational stages
  • Achieve a clean exit

By aligning project structure, contractual risk allocation, and insurer expectations from the outset, we improve placement, avoid coverage gaps, and support bankable project outcomes. This early integration reduces friction at financial close, and enhances long-term insurability across data centres and associated power and infrastructure assets.

Specialist expertise in natural catastrophe and climate risks

Natural catastrophe risk is a key consideration for data centre financing, underwriting, and long-term resilience.

Standard insurer models can struggle to capture project-specific design features, site characteristics, and the interaction between physical risk and operational resilience.

Our natural catastrophe specialists translate technical design, location data, and operational parameters into catastrophe modelling, risk engineering assessments, and extreme loss analysis. This enables an asset-level view of exposure and supports underwriting discussions with insurers. We assess both acute natural hazards and longer-term climate trends to help clients understand future risk and insurability over the life of the asset.

By integrating natural catastrophe insight early in the advisory process, we support stronger credit outcomes, risk transfer strategies, and confidence for sponsors, investors, and lenders as climate conditions evolve.
