Protection when you need it most

RDA group staff and volunteers are protected by two separate insurance policies:

Public Liability and Professional Indemnity Insurance

The Public Liability limit of indemnity is £20million and the Professional Indemnity limit is £10million. It covers your participation in all recognised RDA activities.

Personal Accident Benefits

In addition, the RDA has arranged Personal Accident insurance benefits for all staff and volunteers, whilst carrying out their voluntary activities on behalf of the RDA.

The main policy benefits are as follows:

  • Death £15,000
  • Loss of two or more limbs or Loss of both eyes £15,000
  • Permanent Total Disablement £15,000
  • Temporary Total Disablement £150 towards necessary out of pocket expenses - please note receipts are required
