The deterioration of goods for which transport is under your responsibility, damages resulting from your personal actions (e.g. loss of a package due to failure to transmit stowage instructions to the carrier, choice of unsuitable transport, error in customs formalities) ...
We ensure the following responsibilities:
- Regarding customers: in the event of non-performance or improper performance of your contractual obligations
- RC towards third parties: for damage to their property or bodily harm
- Regarding your employees: in the case of intentional fault on the part of another employee or inexcusable fault on your part
- The subscription of third party liability insurance is highly recommended. You can insure goods transported through your intermediary on behalf of your customers at an advantageous rate. Damage to goods during transport will be covered, as well as general average costs.
- "Declaration of value" It can be subscribed to when your client asks you not to limit your contractual liability to material damages so that your liability can be engaged up to the declared value of their merchandise.

As a freight forwarder, you are subject to the same limitations of liability as the carrier to whom you entrusted your client's goods.
