Cécile holds a DUA (University Diploma in Insurance). After an initial experience in Paris within the Automobile Fleet department of AON, Cécile returned to Normandy and joined the Ofracar team in 2002 as a Fleet and Transport underwriter-manager.

She built the Fleet department and led it until 2016, then became Head of Business Services (managing a team of 20 employees). Since 2013, she has also been coordinating and animating the Ofracar Solutions entity, dedicated to services and service offerings. In 2015, the entity became a training organization, in 2017 Cécile validated the Datadock certificate and obtained the Qualiopi label in 2021.

Since March 2025, Cécile has held the position of Head of Service Offers at HOWDEN France.
