Ensure your businesses

Regarding the insured person:

  • Of death
  • Illness - alteration of health observed by a medical authority, preventing one from leaving their room.
  • Accident - any unintentional bodily injury resulting from an external cause.
  • Obstacle justified by a dismissal
  • Administrative, judicial and military convocation
  • Theft of transportation tickets, passport or identity card occurred 10 days before departure.

Regarding the insured person's relatives:

  • Cancellation due to illness or accident occurring 10 days before the start of the rental.
  • Non departure of the charter in case of force majeure
  • Simultaneous strike of air and rail transport preventing the arrival of the insured person.
  • Weather conditions making navigation impossible or dangerous.

The insurer covers:

  • The reimbursement of rental expenses for the guaranteed trip is limited to €200,000.
  • The reimbursement of cruise interruption expenses for the guaranteed trip.
  • In case of total cancellation, the reimbursement of delivery/return costs incurred for the canceled charter/transport is limited to €50,000.

The insurer will only cover the portion due by the insured at the origin of the cancellation, except in the case of the death of one of the tenants.
