Howden, the new name for O’Loughlin Insurance Group
On October 1st, O’Loughlin Insurance Group and Aston Lark completed its merger with Howden. For O’Loughlin Insurance Group and Aston Lark clients, the service remains the same, via your usual contacts
We are pleased to announce that O’Loughlin Insurance Group is now part of Howden.
In April 2022, the Howden Group acquired the Aston Lark Europe Limited “Aston Lark” group of companies including O’Loughlin Insurance Group, creating an exciting business of considerable scale, reach, and influence, focused on great customer outcomes, service and care.
On 1 October 2023, Aston Lark and O’Loughlin Insurance Group, along with existing Howden businesses, were brought together to form Howden UK & Ireland (Retail), united under the Howden brand.
What does this mean for you?
For O’Loughlin Insurance Group clients, rest assured that there will be no change to the way your insurances are managed, and you’ll continue to receive the same high level of service, via your usual contacts. O’Loughlin Insurance Group phone numbers remain unchanged. And while email addresses are being updated, the current ones continue to be effective.
Howden, Aston Lark and O’Loughlin Insurance Group have already been working as one team for many months, and we’ve worked hard to ensure the transition to Howden is as smooth as possible.
