Howden strengthens national reach in Ireland with acquisition of Lyons Financial Services, Dunboyne, Co. Meath

Howden Ireland today announces its acquisition of Lyons Health Limited and Lyons Life Limited, collectively known as Lyons Financial Services (LFS), subject to regulatory approval.

This provides Howden Ireland with a new strategic location in Meath, adding to its national footprint in the country, and strengthens its position in the corporate health, financial advisory and general insurance sectors. LFS is a nationwide insurance broker and financial services brokerage based in Dunboyne, Co. Meath. Established in 2004 by Roisin and Vincent Lyons, the firm serves both individual and corporate clients across Ireland. Over the years, LFS has built a highly respected brand offering a distinctive blend of services, including Health Insurance, General Insurance, Mortgage solutions, Life and Pensions products, Income Protection, and Employee Benefit solutions. The business supports a diverse portfolio and operates from its established base in Dunboyne Business Park, which will continue as the office for its team and directors after the acquisition has completed.
