Dublin, 28 May 2026: Howden today announces the acquisition of Opes Private Clients Limited (“Opes Wealth Trust”), a Dublin-based firm specialising in financial, retirement and investment planning. This acquisition strengthens Howden’s expanding Financial Advisory team in Ireland and enhances its growing Financial Advisory proposition with greater depth and technical expertise.
Opes Wealth Trust, founded by Cathal McCabe, offers expert advice on all aspects of financial planning for self-employed individuals, business owners and private clients. The Opes Wealth Trust team of experienced professionals will join Howden, continuing the growth of their portfolio of clients.
