Discovering her professional career
Carole has been working in the field of social protection for over twenty years, where she has built a strong expertise in health, welfare, and retirement. Today, as a Customer Relationship Manager at Howden France, she supports our clients with rigor and kindness.
Before joining Howden, Carole held various key positions: social protection consultant at Verlingue, technical-commercial manager, then research manager within the Diot group, as well as various management and leadership roles at Mutieg, SIACI Saint Honoré, G2SP and B2V. This diversity of responsibilities gives her a comprehensive, technical, and operational vision of social protection, which she now puts at the service of our clients.
Within Howden, Carole contributes to the collective dynamic of the team by sharing her experience and providing a structured perspective on our practices.
Trained at the National Conservatory of Arts and Crafts and holding a DESE in Actuarial Science, Carole fully embodies our values: expertise, commitment, listening, and professionalism, with the constant desire to create a positive impact for organizations as well as their employees.
