With an MBA degree and over ten years of experience in international insurance and benefits, Emeline has built a particularly coherent career path, marked by a progressive increase in responsibilities and a strong exposure to multicultural issues.

A differentiating asset of her background lies in the five years she spent in the United States. This immersion in an international environment now nourishes her ability to understand multicultural issues and to support interlocutors of different nationalities with a fine understanding of local and international contexts.

From the beginning at Henner, she distinguished herself by her ability to manage complex international portfolios, while developing a rigorous approach to client relationships and multi-stakeholder coordination.

Her time at APRIL was a key step in her evolution. As Head of Business Market, she demonstrated a real ability to structure offers, analyze market dynamics, and support sales teams. She developed a strong strategic vision, combined with a strong business culture and a desire for transmission, particularly through team training.
