Personal Accident

If you are a registered participant with Kiteboarding Australia - including coaches, volunteers, affiliated clubs, or state bodies - and you have sustained an injury while participating in a Kiteboarding Australia sanctioned activity (such as training, recreational/leisure, official events, fundraising activities, or other approved engagements), please follow the steps below to lodge a Personal Accident claim.

Please complete the online claim submission and submit it to DUAL Australia Pty Ltd following the steps below:

  1. Please download the claim form – Kiteboarding Australia Group Personal Accident Claim Form
  2. Complete each section of the claim form. Incomplete claim forms may cause a delay in processing your claim.
  3. Please return your Personal Accident claim form and supporting documentation via email or post to the Personal Accident claims handler, [email protected]. This is also detailed in the claim form. 
  4. Dual Insurance Australia (or the claims handler Sedgwick Australia) will confirm receipt of your claim form and advise whether they require further information.

Claim assessment

Please note, a claim number will be assigned and provided to you within 2 business days.  The claims team will complete a full review of your claim and provide you with a response within 10 business days.
