Excess free windscreen cover

This is limited to one excess free windscreen per coverage period.

Monthly payments

Access to premium funding gives you the ability to pay your insurance premiums in regular instalments, rather than in one large lump-sum payment. This means more cash flow and flexibility for your business.

New motor vehicle replacement for total loss

If a total loss occurs within the first year of your original registration, we'll put you back in the driver's seat with a brand-new vehicle. We'll even cover stamp duty, making it easier to get back on the road*. Applicable when Comprehensive cover is selected.

The team has been working on this product behind the scenes for quite some time and is delighted to be able to offer it exclusively to Black & White Cabs drivers and operators.

For a number of years, sourcing access to a quality taxi insurance solution has been challenging. With state regulators not approving the use of mutuals in some states following their financial collapse, along with the withdrawal of traditional taxi insurers from the market due to both changes in risk appetite and unsustainable portfolio loss ratios, the industry was in need of a comprehensive and sustainable insurance solution for the taxi industry.

Black & White Cabs, in partnership with Howden Insurance Brokers Australia (Howden) have developed its own taxi insurance solution through Black and White Insurance Solutions, exclusively available to operators affiliated with Black & White Cabs.
