Streamlined claims lodgement

Uploading all of the correct information online speeds up the information gathering and lodgement processes. This means reduced downtime for your vehicle, minimizing the impact on your business.

After completing the Claim information process, you will immediately be provided with a reference number. This means that you can start contacting repairers for quotes straight away!

You will then be notified within 24 hours of the next steps and/or any additional information required for the claim.

Frequently asked questions

Any information is able to be entered into the policy number or name fields. So long as there is an identifier, we should be able to locate the information. Alternatively, the GT Insurance lodgement team will make contact with the email addresses on the claim to try to locate the information.

An interim claim number is generated by ClaimIt@GT. You will then be provided with a permanent GT Claim # with the New Claim acknowledgement.

No. In the Broker contact section, an email address must be provided, please use [email protected]. The mobile phone is optional. In the Claim contact, a mobile phone number or an email address may be provided.

The claim contact will be sent a confirmation email.

The claim can be withdrawn by the person completing the claim information at any time prior to sending the complete information to GT. Once a completed claim is submitted, any withdrawal of the claim will need to go through to the claims consultant.
