Howden is the highest-ranking broker in Best Employee Insurance Provider award

Howden Singapore is the highest-ranking broker in Human Resources’ Vendor of the Year awards’ Best Employee Insurance Provider category, for the third year running.

Presented by Human Resources Online, the HR Vendors of the Year awards celebrates the achievements of Singapore’s best-in-class HR service and product providers, showcasing their ability to help companies future-proof their HR capabilities. Three years of success in these awards have reinforced Howden’s position as a leader in the Singapore Employee Benefits space.

In a year when COVID-19 has put significant pressure on many clients’ finances, and a strain on their HR teams, our full-service employee healthcare solution, Howden MediHub has helped HR teams to save time and money, enabling them to channel more resources to taking care of their employees.

MediHub was designed in direct response to what clients told us they wanted. The main concern we heard is the significant administrative burden of managing claims and enquiries associated with most Employee Benefits programmes. MediHub removes this burden from HR teams with everything covered in an easy-to-use employee app.

This year, we accelerated the roll-out of a new telemedicine feature amidst the pandemic to further protect employees. This feature has been extremely well-received.
