1) How do I enable TeleMed?
TeleMed is an opt-in feature available to our MediHub clients. It is available as an extension if your employee benefits insurance programme includes Outpatient benefits.

2) What is Howden MediHub?
MediHub is a self-serve mobile app focusing on employee healthcare insurance programme. It is designed to make life easier for employees and HR teams.

3) Is this feature free?
Yes, this is an extended feature available to all our Howden MediHub clients.
4) What are the delivery hours for my medication?
Delivery of medication is from 8am to 11pm, seven days a week, including weekends. Public holidays and the latest cut-off time for same-day medication delivery is at 7pm.
5) Can I use this service when I am overseas?
Yes. As long as you have a network connection, you will be able to consult a doctor via the app. Delivery of medicine is available for local consultation only.
6) My company adopts co-payment policy. Can I make payment via the app and what modes of payment are available?
Yes, payment can be made through the app. Credit card payment (Mastercard, Visa, Amex and JCB) is accepted.
