This is Howden Australia's first Modern Slavery Statement, prepared in accordance with the Modern Slavery Act 2018 (Cth). It marks an important milestone in our ongoing commitment to understanding, assessing and managing modern slavery risks across our operations and supply chains.

While this Statement represents the beginning of our formal reporting journey, it builds on our broader commitment to responsible business practices, strong governance and continuous improvement. This Modern Slavery Statement has been submitted to the Australian Government's Attorney-General's Department and is currently under consideration for approval and publication on the online Modern Slavery Statements Register maintained pursuant to the Modern Slavery Act 2018 (Cth). This statement has not yet been assessed or approved by the Minister for publication on the Register. The content of this statement may be subject to change following that assessment process.
