Policies have exclusions for unoccupied properties, RealtyProtect activates its exclusion after 90 consecutive days of vacancy unless otherwise agreed.

Always notify your insurer or broker about unoccupied status and be sure disclose vacancy when taking out a policy or if you are approaching this threshold during the Policy period. Refer to the Policy Wording and PDS for full details.
