Motor claims
If you need to report a Motor Claim, we recommend contacting your insurer direct to register the claim.
Information your insurer will need:
- Your policy number (found on your policy schedule)
- Your vehicle details including your registration, make and model
- Details of the incident such as the date, where the damage occurred, and any other vehicles involved
- Other drivers' details such as name, address and licence number (if available)
- Supporting documents or images (if available)
Urgent claims
If your claim is urgent or an emergency, please contact your broker direct.
All other claims
Notifying your insurer of your claim as soon as possible after a loss, allows your insurer to start the claims process quickly, meaning faster resolutions and a reduction on potential complications.
