Group Medical Insurance

Helping to keep you, your people, and your business healthy

What is group medical insurance?

Group medical insurance is a powerful employee benefit that gives your team access to private healthcare services. It supports wellbeing, reduces absenteeism, and helps attract and retain top talent.

It typically includes consultations, hospital stays, surgeries, and specialist treatment — and cover can be extended to employees' immediate family. You choose whether to offer it to your entire workforce or specific groups, based on your business needs.

Why it matters in Indonesia

In a country where most employees rely on BPJS for healthcare, offering group medical insurance sets your company apart. It gives your team faster access to high-quality private healthcare, reducing wait times and improving recovery outcomes.

That means fewer sick days, lower disruption, and a healthier, more productive workforce. It shows your people you truly care — and that matters.
