What’s corporate social responsibility (CSR) like at Howden Group?
CSR is integral to your career with Howden Group. Everyone in our group gets 2 volunteer days a year to spend with the cause of their choice, and our businesses around the world partner with local charities that they support through volunteering and fundraising.
Every year we host a Group Global Giving Week – five days where our employees come together to make a huge difference to our communities. We organise volunteering drives, fundraising events, donation stations, pro bono work and more for charity and local community groups.
We also have our own charitable foundation, the Howden Group Foundation, which supports the great work of our employees. The Foundation does lots of great work to support grassroots non-profits and international charities. When our employees raise money for charity, the Foundation also offers to match up to £750 of the donations they raise for the cause of their choice.
