Emma Capper

Emma is Howden’s UK Wellbeing Leader. Emma is highly experienced, having working in the health, benefits and wellbeing industry for over 15 years. Before becoming Wellbeing Leader in the UK, she held senior roles at Howden in Corporate Risk Operations, Occupational Health and Claims Management, working closely with clients and insurers. Emma is an advocate of taking a proactive approach to health & wellbeing, to help employers reduce absence and maintain a happy and healthy workforce.
