Corporate Property Insurance
Whether it concerns a factory, warehouse, office, store or hotel, any damage that may occur to the building and its contents could prove decisive for the continuation of the business’s operations. This is because, as a result of such incidents, you may lose customers and reputation, while your activity and turnover may be dramatically reduced.
Property insurance covers the destruction or damage to the insured assets (material damage and loss of profits) and can be tailored to the needs of each business, ensuring that you are as well protected as possible against a catastrophic event.
Howden invests time in fully understanding the needs of your business, as this is the only way to provide you with quality coverage, whenever and wherever you need it.
What does the Corporate Property Insurance cover?
The policy covers: a) material damage, i.e. loss or damage to assets such as buildings, stock, machinery, equipment and contents in general and b) loss of profits, aiming to prevent or limit the financial impact on the operation of a business resulting from damage to insured assets.
A very important aspect of such insurance is the accurate assessment of the value of all the above, in order to avoid any unpleasant complications during the claims settlement process.
