We may share relevant information with:
- insurers and underwriting agencies

Where practical we describe recipients by category. If we routinely share with specific entities, we can name them on request.
4. If we receive your information from someone else (indirect collection)
If we receive your information from another party we will take reasonable steps to let you know we have it, why we have it, who we may share it with, who we are and how to contact us, whether any law authorises the collection, and how you can access or correct your information.
5. Overseas disclosure
Some insurers, TPAs, or service providers may be located overseas. If we need to send information overseas, we will take reasonable steps to ensure it is protected and used only for the purposes set out above.
6. Your rights
You can ask to access the information we hold about you and to correct it if it is wrong. Contact [email protected] or your usual Howden contact.
7. Scope and duration of consent
Your consent covers the collection and use described in this form. It continues while we provide services to you and for a reasonable period after, as required for records and compliance.
You can withdraw consent at any time by emailing [email protected]. Withdrawal will not affect actions already taken with your consent. We may still handle your information where the law allows or requires us to.
8. If a representative signs for you
If you are signing for the client, you confirm you are authorised to act on their behalf and will provide evidence of that authority if we ask.
