Are all horses insurable?

Sports horses, stallions and mares, foals, ponies can be insured. Flat racing horses are excluded from cover, except for international transits.

Do you lose any part of horse value in loss?

There is no deductible until your horse reaches the age of 15. You receive full value stated on your policy. After the age of 15 there is a 10% deductible.
