The event was officially opened and moderated by Mr. Chalermsak Kanjanawaran, President of the Thai International Freight Forwarders Association (TIFFA). The seminar featured expert speakers from the insurance and logistics sectors, including Mr. Joedsak Sukapunapan, Executive Vice President, Corporate Business, Falcon Insurance Public Company Limited
, Mr. Thanayuth Navachartkhosit, Senior Manager – Marine & Transport Insurance, Howden Maxi Insurance Broker Co., Ltd., and Mr. Somsak Wisanuareungroj, Honorary President of TIFFA.

Key topics addressed during the seminar included an overview of Group Liability Insurance coverage for 2026, distinctions among the three main types of insurance coverage, the critical relationship between transport documents and insurance protection, and best practices for using FIATA Bill of Lading, TIFFA Consignment Note, and TIFFA Multimodal Transport Bill of Lading in alignment with policy terms and conditions.
Participants also gained practical insights into insurance claim procedures, required documentation, and common challenges frequently encountered by logistics operators.
The seminar was held on 21 January 2026, at Nikko Hotel Bangkok, and received strong interest from logistics professionals seeking to strengthen their operational risk management frameworks.
