Hendricks appoints Peter Pillath as new Head of Cyber, Howden Center of Excellence Germany

Peter Pillath will take on the role of Head of Cyber, Howden Center of Excellence Germany on April 1, 2023. He succeeds Theodoros Bitis, who is leaving the specialty insurance broker for personal reasons after nearly five years with the company.

Pillath has extensive and long-standing experience in the cyber sector. The manager began his career in 2008 at Allianz Versicherungs AG and held various positions there until 2017, most recently as Underwriter Individual Commercial Liability and Referent for Cyber. He then moved to RVM Versicherungsmakler GmbH & Co.KG as Head of Cyber & Financial Lines. After a three-year stint at Hiscox SA, most recently as Underwriting Manager Commercial Property and General Liability, Pillath took over as Managing Director at Parametrix GmbH in Munich, which specializes in IT failure insurance, at the end of 2021.
