Private client

High net worth insurance and private client risk management for complex lives—delivered with foresight, precision, and care.

Extradordinary lives

We provide high net worth insurance, private client insurance, and risk management services designed for individuals and families with complex assets, multiple properties, and global exposure.

As wealth becomes more complex, assets span properties and jurisdictions.

Private client insurance needs to keep pace but often falls out of step without the right coordination.

Private client insurance hasn’t kept pace with the lives it’s meant to protect. As portfolios expand across multiple homes, collections, and business interests, coverage often becomes fragmented, structured around policies instead of the full picture.

At the same time, risk itself is evolving—faster than most insurance programs can adapt.

Climate, technology, and global exposure are reshaping what protection actually requires.

For complex lives, a reactive model doesn’t work. It never has.

High-net-worth insurance gaps are rarely obvious until something goes wrong.

Most private client insurance programs are built to respond after a loss—not to anticipate and prevent one. For high net worth individuals, that creates a disconnect between what’s insured and what’s actually at risk.

Coverage becomes inconsistent. Exposures go unseen. Decisions are made in isolation.

Until something happens.

From water damage and liability exposure to cyber risk and valuation misalignment, the most meaningful risks are often the least visible.

The issue isn’t access to insurance. It’s that most high-net-worth insurance was never designed for how complex lives actually work.

Why choose us? The Howden Difference

Most private client insurance and high net worth insurance programs are built around policies. Ours is built around how your world actually works—because for complex lives, traditional insurance solutions for high net worth individuals fall short.

Our model is built on a disciplined risk management framework—designed around anticipation, precision, and long-term protection. It helps reduce risk, strengthen insurability, and support better decisions over time.

  • Proactive risk identification before losses occur
  • Strategic coverage design tailored to complex assets and exposures
  • Continuous monitoring and adaptation as your life evolves

This is insurance as it should be: thoughtful, coordinated, and built around you.

We don’t just place insurance—we build a coordinated strategy. Our approach follows a structured risk management process:

  • Anticipate risks others overlook
  • Protect with precision-designed coverage
  • Respond with expert advocacy when it matters most
  • Recover with continuity and confidence

This ensures your high-net-worth insurance program evolves with your life—not behind it.

Inspired by world-class hospitality, we believe service should be felt—not explained.

The Howden Signature Service is the foundation of your experience—designed to make complexity feel effortless. Our teams work in coordination to anticipate needs, resolve issues quickly, and ensure every detail is handled with precision and care.

We work directly with leading insurers—shaping solutions through insight and advocacy, not constrained by off-the-shelf market options.

You work with a team that understands the full scope of your world—not a series of disconnected handoffs.

Your coverage evolves as your life does—deliberately, proactively, and with a clear view of what’s ahead.
