Jared Dubrowsky

Jared Dubrowsky serves as the Environmental Transaction Leader at Howden US, He collaborates with teams to identify risks and design tailored strategies, positioning environmental insurance as a strategic asset for transactions and operations.

With over 20 years of experience in environmental consulting, land use, commercial lending, and insurance brokerage—including roles at Marsh, WTW, NFP, and Santander Bank—Jared brings broad expertise to environmental risk management. His technical foundation stems from prior work with NYC’s Department of City Planning and several consulting firms.

Jared is recognized in the industry for translating complex environmental issues into practical insurance solutions, covering topics such as pollution liability, climate impacts, PFAS, and facility conversion risks. He has highlighted how changing property uses and temporary vacancies affect insurance responses and environmental claims.

An active industry speaker and thought leader, Jared has featured in major conferences and publications, addressing emerging environmental risks, insurance market trends, and regulatory challenges. He is a member of ICSC’s Environmental Committee and PFAS Task Force and has contributed to articles on vacancy risks, facility conversions, and climate change's impact on insurance.

Previously, Jared volunteered as a firefighter for 17 years, an experience that informs his calm, service-oriented approach to solving urgent environmental challenges.
