Christine Palomba joins Howden US as Deputy Head of Natural Resources

Miami, 25 September 2025 – Howden today announces the appointment of Christine Palomba as Deputy Head, Natural Resources, Howden US.
This appointment further demonstrates Howden’s commitment to attract the best talent and expertise and build a next-generation retail broking business in the largest and most dynamic insurance market in the world.
Palomba will report to Stuart Adam, Executive Vice President, Head of Natural Resources when she joins Howden. She brings 29 years’ industry experience, most recently at Aon, where her previous role was Managing Director, US Power & Renewables Practice Leader.
Palomba’s appointment follows the arrival this week of Mike Parrish as CEO, Howden US, to lead Howden’s US retail broking business.
