Howden Maxi Employees Unite for Beach Clean-Up in Pattaya, Reinforcing Commitment to Sustainability

Recently, Howden Maxi, with employees, organized a Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) activity by conducting a beach clean-up in Pattaya, Chonburi Province. The initiative aimed to support marine environmental conservation and promote social responsibility among employees under the concept of “Sharing and Caring for a Better Society”

The activity saw strong participation from employee volunteers, who worked together to collect various types of waste, including plastic, glass fragments, and general litter along the shoreline. The effort was intended to help reduce environmental impact on marine ecosystems while enhancing the cleanliness and sustainability of one of Thailand’s key tourist destinations.

In addition to the clean-up, the company organized awareness activities on plastic reduction, along with training sessions on proper waste separation and disposal. These initiatives aim to instill environmentally responsible behavior within the organization and extend positive impact to the wider community.

Yutthana Mamaneedaeng, Chief Operating Officer, stated:
“At Howden Maxi, we are committed to conducting our business alongside social and environmental responsibility. We believe that small actions taken collectively by our employees can create meaningful change and contribute to long-term sustainability.”

Howden Maxi remains dedicated to continuously driving CSR initiatives striving to create value for customers, employees, and society as a whole.
