Andry is an insurance professional and has 22 years experience especially in corporate insurance sector. He founded CHB Insurance Brokerage in 2006 which merged in 2021 with Howden (UK), one of the world's largest insurance brokerage companies. He is the Chairman of the Board of Howden Estonia and shareholder of Howden. He’s responsible for the company's growth and strategy in the Baltics. His main ambition is to lead Howden Estonia to become the largest corporate broker in the Baltics.

Priit has been in the insurance business for almost 25 years. In 2011, Priit and his team joined CHB Insurance Broker. Previously he has been involved in various sales roles and today he is CEO of Howden Estonia and shareholder of Howden. He helps customers on their risk exposures so they can make the best decision as to which options work for their budget and needs.
