Sub-processors

Howden uses certain sub-processors to assist in providing Howden's services

In providing certain services to clients and product users, a Howden firm may process personal data as a data processor on behalf of a data controller. In this context, any third parties then engaged by Howden to process personal data on Howden’s behalf are known as sub-processors, and these third parties shall only be authorised to process personal data (i) in accordance with instructions as communicated by Howden; and (ii) in accordance with the terms of a written contract between Howden and the sub-processor. The list of sub-processors used by Howden is set out below, however note that not every sub-processor will be relevant to every processing activity undertaken by a Howden firm when acting as a data processor.
