Diana Sloth Nielsen

Prior to joining Howden, Diana worked for a leading international law firm (DLA Piper) with a particular focus on corporate law and M&A transactions. Diana was a qualified Attorney-at-Law in Denmark, and holds a Masters degree from the University of Aarhus. Further, she has worked as a teacher in Law of Obligations at the University of Copenhagen. At Howden M&A, Diana focusses on W&I insurance on M&A transactions that have a Nordic angle, e.g. involve Nordic clients or target companies. Outside of work Diana enjoys running, going to old movie theatres, reading and the company of her friends and family.
