Virginia List

Before joining, Virginia worked at Latham & Watkins (Milan) in the corporate, regulatory and compliance department advising private equity funds and domestic and international clients in M&A and capital markets transactions. Prior to that she worked at Legance in the energy team. At Howden M&A Virginia works in the Italian team advising in the placement of W&I policies. Virginia is an Italian qualified lawyer and holds a law degree from Trento University and she spent a semester at Vermont Law School (U.S.). She is fluent in Italian and English. Outside of work Virginia enjoys yoga and cinema.
