Timo Probst

Timo is a Director at Howden M&A. Prior to joining Howden, Timo worked as a lawyer in the Corporate team of Clifford Chance on corporate and real estate transactions. At Howden M&A, Timo specialises in advising on W&I, title and specific risk insurance policies with a focus on real estate transactions in Germany, Austria and Switzerland. Timo graduated from the University of Passau and absolved his legal clerkship in Munich and New York where he worked at Hogan Lovells. Timo is fluent in German and English. Outside of work, Timo enjoys hiking, skiing and driving with his historic car.
