Theo Taylor

Theo is an Associate Director at Howden M&A and is a solicitor qualified in England & Wales. At Howden M&A, Theo works on transactions across all industries with a particular focus on the placement of W&I insurance policies across Europe. Theo joined us from Weil Gotshal & Manges LLP in London having spent time as an Associate in the Private Equity team and also on secondment at a leading international private equity firm. Before that, Theo qualified and practised as a solicitor in the Corporate team at Slaughter and May. Theo holds a BA (Hons) Jurisprudence from the University of Oxford.
