Sophie Primrose

Prior to joining Howden M&A, Sophie worked at KPMG New Zealand in the M&A Tax Team where she managed cross border transactions in various industries including private equity, infrastructure and real estate. Sophie holds a Bachelor of Law and a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Otago, and she is an enrolled Barrister and Solicitor of the High Court of New Zealand.
