Simon Worker

Simon is a Director at Howden M&A. Simon worked in Howden M&A’s London office for 5 years before relocating to Hong Kong to establish the Hong Kong office in 2022. Prior to joining Howden M&A, Simon worked in the corporate finance and investment banking industries for 6 years, initially at PwC and then at Cameron Partners (Rothschild's strategic alliance partner in New Zealand). At Howden M&A Simon works on transactions across all industries with a particular focus on placing policies for private equity client acquiring complex multi-jurisdictional targets. Simon has a Bachelor of Laws and a Bachelor of Arts (Economics), both from the University of Otago in New Zealand. Outside of work Simon enjoys spending time with his young family exploring the many hiking trails of Hong Kong.
