Raphaël Delsaux

Raphaël is an Associate Director at Howden M&A. Prior to joining Howden M&A, Raphaël worked as a corporate M&A lawyer at Stibbe in Brussels. At Howden M&A, Raphaël works in the Benelux team where he advises clients with regard to the provision of a range of M&A insurance products, including Warranty & Indemnity (W&I) and specific identified risk insurance. Raphaël has a LL.M. from Trinity College Dublin and a Masters of Law degree from the Université Libre de Bruxelles and is fluent in French and English.
