Rachel Swan

Prior to joining Howden M&A, Rachel worked as a corporate M&A lawyer at Clifford Chance followed by Cooley LLP, a leading West Coast law firm, where she focused on a wide variety of private M&A transactions, with a particular focus on tech and life-sciences. At Howden M&A, Rachel works in the Training and Development team, working closely with all jurisdictions and specialities to ensure robust training and development opportunities. Previously, Rachel worked in the W&I team on transactions across all industries, placing W&I insurance for both corporates and PE funds. Rachel has a LLB from Durham. Outside of work Rachel enjoys long distance running, cycling and travel.
