Patrick Voisey

Patrick is Head of Tax & Contingent Risks at Howden M&A, leading a team of tax risk insurance experts across 8 European jurisdictions which provides bespoke insurance solutions for risks arising on M&A transactions, stand-alone investments or ongoing business activities. Prior to joining Howden M&A, Patrick was a Director in a front office structuring team at Barclays, developing and executing complex cross-border transactions across a range of asset classes. Patrick is also a qualified solicitor, having worked as an associate in the Tax team at Freshfields before he started a career in banking. Outside of work, Patrick enjoys spending time with his family and playing tennis and golf.
