Olivia Sibieude

Olivia is a Senior Associate at Howden M&A. Prior to joining Howden M&A, Olivia worked in the tax teams of Mayer Brown and Paul Hastings for over 7 years where she specialised in structuring transactions and mainly advised private equity funds and managers. At Howden M&A, Olivia focusses on providing tax insurance solutions for M&A transactions. Olivia is a graduate of ESSEC Business School and has a Master DJCE in tax law from Cergy Paris University. Outside of work, Olivia is a wine lover and has a passion for women empowerment initiatives and home renovation projects.
