Nikhil Singal

Nikhil is an Executive Director at Howden M&A and leads the placement of W&I and specific risk insurance policies on UK and multi-jurisdictional M&A transactions. Nikhil also co-leads the specialist secondaries practice at Howden M&A, having been at the forefront of insurance innovation in this part of the market over the last four years. He previously worked in the London and Delhi offices of a large Indian law firm. He also actively supports Howden M&A's initiatives in development of new business in emerging markets, including India. Nikhil is dual qualified in UK and India, and holds a Masters in Corporate Law (MCL) from University of Cambridge.
